Top up and control credit spend
Buy a one-time credit top-up, set a monthly spend, turn on auto-reload, and cap what a workspace can spend — all from the billing dashboard.
Credits are managed from one place: Settings → Billing. This guide covers buying credits and putting guardrails on spend.
Workspace admins with billing access. Buying credits and changing spend controls are admin actions.

The billing dashboard. Buy credits, set a monthly spend, and turn on auto-reload from the balance card at the top.
1. Buy a one-time top-up
Choose Buy credits and pick an amount. If you have a saved card the charge runs immediately and the credits land once payment is confirmed; a first-time payer is taken to a hosted checkout page. Top-up credits roll over rather than expiring at the month boundary.
2. Set a monthly spend
Choose Set monthly spend to decide an amount to spend each month; the matching credits are added to your balance automatically each cycle. You can change or stop it at any time.
3. Turn on auto-reload
Choose Auto-reload to buy more credits automatically when your balance drops below a threshold you set. This keeps long-running integrations from stalling on an empty balance.
4. Cap what the workspace can spend
Set a per-cycle spending cap so jobs can continue past your plan balance only up to a limit you control. Leave the cap unset and an empty balance simply stops new jobs with a 402 rather than spending more.
5. Release held credits
When jobs stall and hold their reservations, the Jobs view surfaces a banner to release all held credits at once. Releasing returns those credits to your balance; the held jobs are ended.
Edge cases
- Credits are granted on payment, not on click. A top-up adds credits only once the payment is confirmed — a pending card shows no new balance yet.
- Trial credits carry forward. If your workspace started on a trial grant, the remaining trial credits are added to your first paid plan, not discarded.
